What if a product is out of stock?

We offer the option to pre-order many items which are not currently in stock, including our cushions, wash bags and wallpapers. If you see a product you like on the website that is out of stock, please email info@keelerandsidaway.com for more information on when the item will be available.

I can’t find a product previously listed?

If something has been removed from our online store it usually means it is out of stock and has been discontinued. However, it may still be worth emailing hello@arthouse91.com to check!

Do you have a bricks and mortar store?

No we don’t have a physical shop. We are however stocked in stores all over the world. We offer fast delivery on most of our products in our shop, so you won’t be without for long!

How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE delivery to the UK, USA and Canada. Delivery will be calculated at checkout for EU and the rest of the world.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to deliver within 5 working days.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do! We offer worldwide shipping on most products. Shipping for international orders will be calculated at check out.

 

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can request a return via email within 14 days of receipt. All items must be unopened and in the original packaging or the refund will be void. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service to cover you against loss or damage. Please contact us before returning an item and check our returns policy in the link below.

Trade accounts can be opened by interior designers, contract furnishers, architects and procurement agencies.

What is the difference between wholesale and trade?

A wholesale account is for retailers who would like to stock and sell Arthouse91 in a store. A trade account is opened for industry professionals working on residential and commercial projects.

What is the trade discount?

Our trade discounts are only disclosed once your trade application has been accepted.

What are your lead times?

We have a standard 7 day lead time.

What are your trade payment terms?

All trade orders are proforma and to be paid at the time the order is placed.
